According to the Continence Foundation of Australia, more than 70 per cent of people who experience incontinence are women, with many experiencing problems after childbirth and menopause.

Regardless of if you have had 10 children or none, all women should be exercising their pelvic floor muscles to avoid issues with bladder incontinence, issues with the uterus or bowel.
